Road assistance

All our protections, including Basic Full Coverage, include Road Assistance at no extra cost within the metropolitan area of the city where you rented the car.

What is included?

• Flat-tire change.
• Battery jump-start.
• Door unlocking.
• Fuel delivery, up to 12 liters.

It does not apply when the service is needed because the rental agreement was breached; in that case it is provided at the normal cost. Costs not covered and key replacement are paid by the renter.

Mechanical failures

If the car has a mechanical or electrical failure, let us know within 2 hours. If the failure is not the renter's fault, we will provide another car, subject to availability, and credit the time you could not use it.

Accident or theft

Let us know immediately, within 4 hours at the latest, and notify the authorities. The insurance adjuster's report is required for the protections to apply.
